Buffstreams: Live Sports Streams for NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, UFC, Boxing and F1
Buffstreams, or Buff Streams if you type it as two words, is a free schedule for live US sport and the big fight and racing weekends. You will find NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB games here next to college football, UFC, boxing, Formula 1 and WWE. Every game gets a page of stream links, and each link plays on somebody else's website. You don't sign up for anything, and there are no ads.
How the schedule works
This front page gives every sport a card of its own. Inside a card the games are grouped by day, starting with today. A game that is on right now gets a red LIVE badge and moves to the top of its card. Each row shows the two teams, or the event name for fights and races, then the start time and a Live Streams button that opens the game's page. A card only holds the next few games; "See all" takes you to the sport's own page, which lists the next seven days.
The list is refreshed through the day. Finished games drop off a few hours after the end, and new ones appear once a broadcaster or a feed lists them. Late changes still happen, like a flexed NFL game, a bout that falls off a UFC card or a rain delay at the ballpark, so if a time looks off, open the game page; it usually has the newer one.
Finding a game quickly
Use the bar at the top. Tap NFL, NBA, NHL or any other sport to go straight to its page, or use the row of league badges under the bar, which does the same thing. On a sport page the games run day by day for a week, so a Sunday game sits under its own Sunday header. Rows spell out full team names, so your browser's find-in-page box works too: type "Packers" or "Lakers" and it jumps to the row.
Football (soccer) has a separate schedule, which the Football link at the end of the menu opens. Buffstreams itself sticks to the American leagues and the fight and motor racing calendars.
Kickoff and tip-off in your time zone
Every time on the site is written in Eastern Time, which is the clock most US broadcasts are scheduled on, and your browser then rewrites each one into the time zone of your phone or computer. A Thursday night NFL kickoff listed as 8:15 PM ET shows as 5:15 PM for a reader in Los Angeles and 1:15 AM on Friday for one in London. The only odd weeks are in spring and autumn, when Europe and North America move their clocks on different weekends and the gap between them is an hour shorter for a short spell.
The countdowns on fight and race rows, such as "2 hours from now", are worked out from your own clock as well. If your browser blocks scripts, you will see the Eastern times exactly as printed.
The sports and where each season stands
The NFL page covers every week of the regular season, Thursday through Monday, including the 9:30 AM ET Sunday games played in Europe. The NBA page lists each game night, and opening night of the 2026-27 season is Tuesday, October 20. The NHL page is busy from now until April, because teams play 84 games this season instead of 82 and the schedule started on September 29. The MLB page carries the postseason through the World Series in October, then picks up again with spring training games and the 162-game season.
The college football page has the Saturday slates, the Tuesday to Friday night games and, from December 18, the playoff. Fight fans have the UFC and MMA page, where the prelims get one row and the main card another, and the boxing page, which adds cards once they are confirmed. The Formula 1 page lists every practice, qualifying session and race, with MotoGP and other series beside it. Wrestling is on the WWE page: Monday Raw, Friday SmackDown, NXT on Tuesdays and every premium live event.
What a game page shows
Pressing Live Streams opens the game's own page. The teams and the start time are at the top, and once the game begins the score there updates by itself. Under the score you get the list of feeds. If a Main row exists, it is the one we chose for that game, and it sits at the top. Core, Vector, Nexus and Vertex rows are other channels, numbered by mirror. Rows launch their player in a separate tab. The game page stays where you left it, so when a stream stalls you can switch back and pick another.
Feeds usually appear in the 30 minutes before the start, and an open page keeps adding them without a reload. If a row stops working, the Report button under the list sends us a short note about it.
Why a link can stop working
Streams come and go during a game. A channel can drop out for a minute, a player can be taken down, or a feed can fall behind the live action. The players run on other people's websites, so none of that is in our hands. That is why most games list more than one row and why the list is checked again while the page is open. The biggest nights, a Sunday night NFL game or a numbered UFC event, usually have the most rows.
Watching on a phone or a TV
The site was laid out for phones first. The schedule, the game pages and the players all work in an ordinary mobile browser, and there is nothing to install. Most players have a full screen button, and many can cast to a TV from Chrome or with AirPlay on an iPhone or iPad. On a laptop plugged into a TV, open the player tab and switch it to full screen.
Buffering is nearly always the connection. If a stream keeps pausing, lower the quality in the player when it offers a choice, or go back to the game page and pick another row.
Questions people ask
Is Buffstreams free?
Yes. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to pay, and the site shows no ads.
Do you host the streams?
Never. Buffstreams only points to players that other websites run, and no video is stored or relayed by us. Rights holders can ask for a link to be removed through the DMCA page at buffstreams.ch/dmca.
A game has just one or two links. Is something wrong?
Feeds are added as channels go live, mostly in the 30 minutes before the start. Smaller games often have a single feed, and the list grows while the game page is open.
What sports get a page of their own?
NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, college football, UFC and MMA, boxing, Formula 1 and WWE each have a page in the top menu. Football (soccer) has a separate schedule, linked at the end of the menu.
How far ahead are games listed?
Each sport page shows the next seven days. The home page shows the next few games of every sport, with anything live at the top.
What time zone are the start times in?
The pages print Eastern Time, and your browser converts each time to your own clock. If scripts are blocked, you see the Eastern times.
Does Buffstreams work on a phone?
Yes. The schedule and the players run in a normal mobile browser, and there is nothing to install.
